Admission Procedure

Admission Procedure

The management reserves to itself the right to admit or refuse pupils seeking admission to the school.

  • Online Application Form: The first step is to fill out an online application form provided on our school website. All the particulars (Name, Date of Birth, Address, etc.) pertaining to the applicant should be entered correctly in the form. No changes will be allowed later on.
  • Submission of Required Documents: Along with the application form, you need to submit scanned copies of certain documents such as birth certificate, Aadhaar card, Address Proof, previous academic records, passport-sized photographs, etc.
  • Selection Process: Post submission of the application form online, the student will be called for a written test for the selection process for admission. Students seeking admission may be tested on the syllabus of the class/standard below the one to which they seek admission. Once the student clears the written test, there will be an interaction round with both parents and students.
  • Notification of Admission: After the selection process is complete, the school will notify the parents of the admission status. This notification is via email.
  • Payment of Fees: Upon confirmation of admission, parents are required to pay the admission fees, tuition fees, and any other applicable charges to confirm their admission.
  • Documentation: Once the fees are paid, parents may need to submit additional documentation such as medical records, undertaking forms, transfer certificate, etc. These documents have to be submitted physically at the school's administrative office.
  • >Admission Number: An Admission Number is issued to the pupil at the time of admission into the school. This Admission Number remains unchanged till the pupil leaves the school. Parents are requested to keep a record of the Admission Number and it has to be quoted for any official matters such as for Bonafide Certificates, Transfer Certificates or any other official letters.
