Fee Payment Due Date

The following are the dates for payment of the school fees per academic year

Terms Due Date
I Term - on or before 1st June – 25th June
II Term – on or before 1st October - 25th October
III Term - on or before 1st February – 25th February

School Fees

  • You may pay the entire year’s fee in one attempt or term wise. No other break up of fees is allowed.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded in part or full. Parents will be liable to pay the difference/excess amount in case of revision of fees.
  • Full term fees will be charged in case of withdrawal or admission in the middle of a term.
  • Students will not be allowed to appear for the examination unless all the dues have been cleared prior to its commencement.
  • No student will be permitted to begin a new term unless all the arrears due on his/her account have been cleared before the commencement of the term.
  • Parents must accept this rule and no ‘argument’ will be entertained from defaulter parents. You should not be the reason for your child being penalized.
  • School fees can be paid by using the tear-off sheets given in the school diary.
  • The cheques have to be made In favour of Mount St. Patrick Academy
  • School fees can be paid at the accounts desk (timing 9a.m to 2p.m) on the stipulated dates by cheque / DD / debit card / credit card. No cash will be collected.
  • Fees also can be paid online through the school website www.mtstpatrickpune.com by using debit card, credit card or net banking facilities.
  • No fees will be collected in the bank.
  • If the fee is paid after the stipulated date, a penalty of Rs.100 will be charged for the then current month. The next month the penalty amount would be Rs.500. If the fees fall in arrears for more than a month a penalty of 25% of the term fee will be charged extra. The school management also reserves the right to remove such defaulting pupil’s name from the school roll without any notice and re- admission may not be granted.
